My feelings and me A 1.do you know your own feelings. 2.It is good to know my feelings and show them! 3.when I'm very happy, I can laugh loudly and shout with glee. 4.when I'm cranky and angry, I can scream and roar. 5.when I love someone,i can hug them and cuddle with them. 6.when I'm sad sometimes i have to cry. 7.when I'm afraid, I want to hole up and hide. 8.when I'm jealous of someone, my feelings fight inside me. 9.I'm disappointed and mad at the same time. 10.Sometimes i feel and gets stronger and stronger. B 1.When I'm frightened, I freeze up and lose all my confidence. 2.Then it feels good when someone takes my hand and gives me courage. 3.Sometimes i stomp on the floor and rage,or I break something. 4.Then no one can get too close to me. 5.When I'm furious, I feel uncomfortable,and I'm afraid nobody will like me anymore. 6.But my loved ones like me anyway.because sometimes they feel the same way. 7.I can hurt others with my feelings, especially when I'm angry or jealous. 8.But when I argue with or upset someone, I can also make up with them afterward. 9.Sometimes that is hard to do,though,because I'm ashamed. C 1.When I show my feelings,I am no longer alone with them. 2.Others can celebrate along with me when I'm happy. 3.Others can comfort me and talk to me about what's wrong when I'm sad. 4.Because i know my own feelings, I can often understand other people's feelings,too. 5.It's nice to feel that i can help others. 6.Understanding feelings also helps me say,”stop!” when someone lashes out in anger. 7.I do not always want to show what I feel. 8.Especially not when I'm afraid I'll be laughed at or not taken seriously. 9.Then I act as if i don't feel anything. D 1.Sometimes others can see how i feel even if i do not want them to..... 2.Because i blush red when I'm ashamed. 3.Or because i tremble what I'm afraid. 4.When my heart pounds loudly because I'm very nervous,no one can see.Only I can feel that. 5.sometimes others want to talk away my feelings. 6.They say: “ you're such a scaredy- cat!” if I'm afraid. 7.“Don't worry about it!” when I'm sad. 8.“Pull yourself together!” when I'm angry. 9.But my feelings are still there. 10.There are days when my feelings are a jumbled mess. 11.When mom and dad scold me, I'm annoyed and cranky--but i still love them. 12.Or when I'm crying and don't really know why. 13.Then it's nice if someone takes me in their arms. 14.We all have many feelings. 15.Some are wonderful, and some are more difficult. 16.But they all belong to us- just like our noses or our hands do. 我和我的感受 A 1.你了解自己的感受吗? 2.了解自己的感受并表现出来是件好事! 3.当我非常高兴时,我会放声大笑,欢呼雀跃。 4.当我暴躁易怒时,我会大喊大叫。 5.当我爱上一个人时,我可以拥抱他,和他依偎在一起。 6.当我伤心时,有时我会哭泣。 7.当我害怕时,我想躲起来。 8.当我嫉妒一个人的时候,我的感情会在心里打架。 9.我既失望又生气。 10.有时,我的感觉越来越强烈。 B 1.当我感到害怕时,我会僵住,失去所有的自信。 2.当有人拉起我的手,给我勇气时,我感觉很好。 3.有时,我会跺脚发怒,或者摔东西。 4.这样就没人能靠近我了。 5.当我发怒时,我感到很不舒服,我害怕没有人会再喜欢我。 6.但我的亲人还是喜欢我,因为有时他们也有同感。 7.我的感情会伤害别人,尤其是在我生气或嫉妒的时候。 8.但当我和别人争吵或让别人不高兴时,我也可以在事后和他们和好。 9.但有时这很难做到,因为我会感到羞愧。 C 1.当我表达出自己的感受时,我就不再是一个人了。 2.当我高兴时,其他人也可以和我一起庆祝。 3.当我悲伤时,其他人可以安慰我,和我一起讨论问题。 4.因为我了解自己的感受,所以我也经常能理解别人的感受。 5.能帮助别人的感觉真好。 6.理解别人的感受还有助于我在别人发怒时说 "住手!"。 7.我并不总是想表达自己的感受。 8.尤其是当我害怕被人嘲笑或不被认真对待时。 9.然后我就装作什么也没感觉到。 D 1.有时,即使我不想让别人知道我的感受,别人也能看出来.....。 2.因为我羞愧时会脸红。 3.或者因为害怕而颤抖。 4.当我因为紧张而心跳加速时,没有人能看到。只有我能感觉到。 5.有时,别人想把我的感受说出来。 6.如果我害怕,他们说: "你真是个胆小鬼!" 7.当我伤心时,他们会说:"别担心!" 8.当我生气时,他们会说:"振作起来!" 9.但我的感觉依然存在。 10.有的时候,我的感觉一团糟。 11.当爸爸妈妈责骂我时,我很恼火,也很暴躁--但我仍然爱他们。 12.或者当我哭泣时,我真的不知道为什么。 13.如果有人把我搂在怀里,我就会很开心。 14.我们都有很多感受。 15.有些是美好的,有些则比较困难。 16.但它们都属于我们--就像我们的鼻子或手一样。这种感觉很好。 (854字) |
