"The Intelligent Ravens On an exceedingly scorching summer day, a mother raven and her fledgling ravens were soaring gracefully in the heavens. One of the juvenile ravens articulated, "Mother, I am exceedingly parched." Concurrently, the remaining fledgling ravens concurred, "Mother, our thirst is indeed insatiable." "Very well, let us proceed in search of a water source to quench our thirst," rejoined their maternal figure. In a brief span, they chanced upon an urn adjacent to a well. However, its contents were far from replete. "Dear mother, regrettably, our beaks are of insufficient length, thereby rendering us incapable of accessing the aqueous sustenance," bemoaned the fledgling ravens. The maternal raven discerned a solution and imparted, "Let us endeavor to ameliorate this predicament. We shall deposit a selection of stones within the urn." Consequently, the fledgling ravens embarked on the task of meticulously placing stones within the urn. Subsequent to a period of diligent effort, the urn reached its zenith, and at last, the ravens were able to satiate their thirst." |
