Rock music meets the erhu

Music blasted from my computer speakers—it was rock, my favorite genre. I love rock music so much that I play the electric guitar in our school band. Sometimes, I even write my own songs and share them online. Music brings so much joy into my life.

But tonight, another sound joined the rock music—a soothing melody from Grandpa's erhu. Music was also his passion, but of a different kind. He loved playing the erhu with his friends in the park, where they performed Beijing opera together and had many fans.

An idea struck me suddenly: "Why not combine our musical styles? I could write a song that blends rock and traditional erhu music."

"Grandpa!" I burst into his room with excitement.

Every autumn, our school holds an art festival, and this year, I decided to participate with Grandpa. After a week of intense practice, we finally stood on stage together. I nodded at Grandpa, and we started playing our instruments. The audience was captivated by our unique blend of rock and traditional Chinese music.

Grandpa looked at me with pride, and I couldn't help but smile back. Sharing our hobby and music together felt incredible.

摇滚乐遇见二胡

从我的电脑里传出摇滚音乐的声音。作为一个摇滚音乐爱好者，我在学校乐队里弹电吉他。有时候，我还会写歌并在网上分享。音乐给我带来了很多乐趣。

但就在这时，爷爷的二胡声突然响起。他也喜欢音乐，但是他钟爱的是不同的音乐类型。爷爷喜欢和他的朋友们在公园里演奏二胡，还一起唱京剧，他们有很多粉丝。

我突然有了一个想法：“为什么不把我们的音乐风格结合起来呢？我可以为我们写一首歌。”

“爷爷！”我兴奋地冲进他的房间……

我们学校每年秋天都会举办艺术节。今年，我决定和爷爷一起参加。经过一周的紧张练习，我们终于站在了舞台上。我向爷爷点了点头，我们开始演奏我们的乐器。观众被我们融合了摇滚和传统二胡音乐的独特表现所打动。

爷爷满怀骄傲地看着我，我也情不自禁地回以微笑。能够和爷爷一起分享我们的爱好和音乐感觉真是太棒了。
