The first lesson

The importance of thoughtful learning cannot be overstated. In our English class, Ms. Chen wrote a sentence on the blackboard and instructed us, "Please write this down." As we began to transcribe, I wrote the first word and hesitated.

"Well done, Wang Han," Ms. Chen acknowledged. "In fact, this serves as our initial lesson together. As you step into junior high school, learning will become more challenging. It's crucial to engage deeply with your studies. Please keep this in mind."
