《想好了再说话》

A

1.Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Sarah.

2.Sarah loved to chat and share her ideas with everyone she met.

3.However, she often spoke in a hurry without thinking much or paying close attention.

4.One day, Sarah's grandmother gave her a special necklace with a small butterfly ornament.

5.She told Sarah that whenever she wanted to speak,

6.She should think of the butterfly and ask herself, "Are these words kind and helpful?"

 

1.从前,有一个叫莎拉的小女孩。

2.莎拉喜欢与她遇到的每个人聊天并分享自己的想法。

3.然而,她常常在没有多想或注意的情况下匆忙说话。

4.有一天,莎拉的祖母送给她一条带有小蝴蝶挂件的特别项链。

5.她告诉莎拉,每当她想要说话时,

1.Excited about her new necklace, Sarah eagerly went to school the next day.

2.During lunchtime, she saw her friend Max eating a sandwich that looked unusual to her.

3.Without thinking, Sarah exclaimed, "Ew, that sandwich looks awful!"

4.Max's face turned red, and he looked sad.

5.Sarah immediately remembered her grandmother's advice and felt sorry for speaking without thinking.

 

1.对新项链感到兴奋的莎拉第二天迫不及待地去上学了。

2.午饭时间,她看到她的朋友马克斯在吃一个看起来很奇怪的三明治。

1.She quickly apologized to Max and explained that she didn’t mean to upset him.

2.Sarah also told him about her special necklace and how she was learning to think carefully before speaking.

3.Max forgave her, and they formed a strong friendship.

4.Moral of the story: Think before you speak, as your words can have a lasting impact. 5.They can either heal or harm others.

 

1.她很快向马克斯道歉,并解释她并不是故意让他难过的。

2.莎拉还告诉他关于她特别项链的故事,并说她正在学习在说话前仔细思考。
