Good and healthy habits for kids
Wake up early in the morning. Brush your teeth twice a day. Do some exercise every day. Take a bath every day. We should read every day. We must pray to God daily. We must eat healthy meals and avoid junk food. Always wear neat and clean clothes. Play outside in the fresh air. We should comb our hair regularly. We must trim our nails regularly. Wash your hands before and after every meal. We must drink plenty of water every day. Dispose of waste in the dustbin. We should finish our homework daily. We must always help our parents. Go to bed early at night. So,these were the good and healthy habits,which every kid should adopt. |
