A Parrot’s Answer
A boy went to a pet shop.
He wanted to buy a parrot.
He saw a parrot there.
The bird had a red string tied to its left leg, and green to the right.
The boy asked the owner the significance of the strings.
The shopkeeper said to the boy .
The parrot was a highly trained animal.
If he pulled the red string, the parrot would speak French.
If green, German
The boy asked what would happen if he pulled the both strings.
The parrot screeched,I fall off, you fool! |
