1、The school teachers always advise their young students to be honest.
2、A good way for them to talk about honesty is by telling the story of a young boy who became one of America's greatest presidents - the story of George Washington.

3、Washington's father bought him a small axe.
4、He tried using it to cut down the cherry tree in their yard.
5、He knew that he had done a wrong thing and yet he admitted his fault.
6、Instead of scolding him, his father admired Washington for being honest.

7、My own son is only in grade one.
8、Yesterday he said that he wanted to be an honest boy like George Washington.
9、Then so he told me the truth about pulling out my favorite flowers from the garden.
