the Mouse Queen(3)
The boy lived right above me.
When I took medicine for the old witches,
I had a strange feeling and smelled an unknown smell,
but I did not think about it. The little mouse took the chance to escape the room when the old witches left the room and he went back to his own room. "How did he put the mouse-maker into the soup?" they asked curiously. "While we were having the meal, someone shouted "catch the mouse" in the kitchen, which made me feel strange, how come there was a mouse in the kitchen?"
The fact is the little mouse was found after he had put the mouse-maker into our soup." "Did they catch or kill him?" the mice were extremely curious. "Obviously not! After the little mouse had got back to the dining hall, the old oracle went to see the little eater's father and told him that I had turned his son into a mouse. As he was walking towards me angrily, the medicine worked." Their curiosity was very well satisfied， and they revered their leader more than before, but they soon fell into the objective reality. "Your Majesty, Can we become human again?" "can we?" they all asked. The Mouse Queen meditated for quite a while and said, "It is not easy." "woo, ooo" one of the witches began to cry. "I don't want to be a mouse!" cried another followed by some. "Stop crying!" the assistant scolded them. "Her Majesty did not say we couldn't. Let her Majesty think about it, we must really believe in her, rely on her." "Believe in Her Majesty, Rely on Her Majesty!" the secretary shouted. "Long live Her Majesty!" one of them shouted. "Long live Her Majesty!" followed all the others. "Your Majesty，what shall we do next?" asked the assistant. The Mouse Queen began to give her orders, "you go to find all the scattered witches and gather them here, they must be around the hotel.
Make sure that they will not be killed by people , eaten by cats, or bitten by mice,
the most important thing is to make sure that they will not be caught by humans, or our secret will be exposed." "Your wise Majesty, we will go right now!" The assistant and the secretary said together.
The two immediately arranged the witch mice to go to different places to look.
Soon, some witch mice came themselves, gradually, most of the witch mice were found.
The Mouse Queen organized them to look for food, keep guard and to do other work. Several days later, all the witch mice were found. Now the Mouse Queen no longer worried that any of the witch mice who could speak human language would be caught by humans to expose the secret of the witch world. |
