The Horse and The Snail

马和蜗牛

 

A

1.Once there was a horse.

2.He was very proud of himself .

3.He saw a snail seeing how slowly the snail would.

4.“Hey snail, shall we have a race？”he asked.

 

1.从前有一匹马。

2.它非常骄傲。

3.他看见一只蜗牛，想看看蜗牛会跑得多慢。

4.马说：“嘿，蜗牛，我们来赛跑吧？

1.The snail was angry with the horse.

2.“Okay， let's do it， 

3.We will race on Sunday.” say the snail .

 

1.蜗牛对马很生气。

2.蜗牛说：“好吧，就这么办，

3.我们星期天比赛。”

1.The snail went home and called all the snails together.

2.He told him about the race.

3.They made a plan to outsmart the horse.

 

1.蜗牛回到家，把所有的蜗牛都叫到一起。

2.他把比赛的事告诉了蜗牛。

3.他们制定了一个计划来战胜马。

1.When Sunday came,

2.The left home very early.

3.They took up hiding places a little distance from each other.

4.All the way from the starting point to the finishing line.

 

1.星期天到了，

2.他们很早离开了家。

3.他们各自在距离对方一小段距离的地方找好藏身之处。

4.一直从起点到终点。

1.The race started.

2.The horse ran a little then looked up.

3.He's not a snail ahead of him. 

4.The horse increased his pace.

5.Where the snail was still ahead. 

 

1.比赛开始了。

2.马跑了一会儿，然后抬起头。

3.蜗牛也不甘落后。

4.马儿加快了脚步。

5.蜗牛仍然在前面。

F

1.The horse started running harder and fast.

2.However hard the horse tried.

3.The snail you are still ahead of it cried out the poor horse finally gave up .

4.“Okay I lose .”said the humble horse .

1.马开始跑得更快、更猛。

2.不管马儿怎么努力

3.蜗牛还在它前面，可怜的马终于放弃了。

4.“好吧，我输了...... ”马谦虚的说。
