Bug sandwich

Nope. unfortunately not that kind of love.

They love to bite him.

Every day, all day, bugs bugged the boy.

He tried everything to avoid being bitten.

Hello.

But nothing totally worked, fancy meeting you here.

One day the boy had an idea.

Quite possibly his best idea ever.

He was going to bite those bugs back!

he was going to make them into a bug sandwich!

But first he had to catch the Critters.

So he made himself a bug trapper.

I'll get you now,Buggos!

He headed out into the yard.

Hmm, funny how those critters disappear when you want them! Hide,guys!

But those bugs didn't stay gone for long.

In fact, the backyard was full of ants.

And.... the boy discovered they had superstrength.

Wow! very impressive. but you bite me. and I'm gonna have to bite you back.

Spiders weaving webs were kind of amazing too.

Wow! very impressive, but guess what?you bit me, I'm gonna have to bite you.

Stand back!work zone.

Just then, the boy heard the buzz of a Pesky mosquito.

Before he could catch it......

the spider tried to.

Wow! Way to go,spider.

Helping me do my job!

Um, hurry, please.

And then there were bees!

The boy couldn't believe how they built their own house.

Wow! very impressive. still gotta bite you back, though.

Soon the boy's jar was full of bugs.

Some were quite stunning.

The Boy couldn't help but be impressed.

Oh no. that giant caught Timmy!

Bummer!

The boy imagined that if he caught every kind of biting bug, he'd be a national hero!

No more kids would ever have to be annoyed!

Except that while he was imagining..... ow!

Something bit him!

Ow! not funny, guys!

Finally it was time to make the bug sandwich.

and figure out what exactly should go on.

Hmm, you can never have too many condiments !

Then it was time to bite back!

Hold on!

On why are you doing this?

Because you bugs bite me and it's super annoying!

We're annoying?

You swat us!

And slap us!

And even Squish us!

And ya know we're just doing our jobs!

The boy had never thought about it like that.

Maybe the bugs had a point?

Maybe biting back isn't the best way?

Plus, you're all kinda awesome.

Just then, the boy's mother called: bath time!

Well, I gotta go. no hard feelings, okay?

Woo!that was close!

Nice kid, huh?

The bug sandwich sat on the plate but not for long!

My sweet boy left me a sandwich!
