Chapter 13: Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback

Hagrid acquired a dragon egg and hatched a baby dragon named Norbert. Since dragon breeding was illegal, Harry and Hermione decided to help Hagrid get rid of Norbert. They secretly delivered Norbert to Ron's brother Charlie but were caught by Filch. As punishment, Harry, Hermione, Neville, and Draco were sent to the Forbidden Forest on a dangerous mission. This experience deepened Harry's understanding of the forest's dangers and strengthened his resolve to protect the Sorcerer's Stone.
