What‘s your cup of tea? After water, the most popular drink in the world is tea. It not only benefits our health but also holds significant cultural importance. What does tea represent to you? In Chengdu, teahouses are as plentiful as tea leaves in a cup! When I was young, my grandfather often took me to teahouses where he and his friends would enjoy tea and exchange news. Now that I study abroad, most of my classmates prefer coffee, but I always opt for green tea. For me, it's more than just a beverage. A cup of warm tea always brings me a sense of home. It's well-known that the British cherish their afternoon tea, but in reality, tea is enjoyed throughout the day. My husband, for example, can consume up to eight cups daily! When my children were little, I used to prepare tea for them after school. Even now as adults, they return home every weekend. We gather in the yard, savoring black tea and biscuits, chatting and unwinding together. It's our way of staying connected.
