蚊子和狮子

THE MOSQUITO AND THE LION

1. A mosquito was flying near a lion, the king of beasts.

2."Go away, you little mosquito!" said the lion.

3."What did you say, Lion? you can't beat me!" said the mosquito.

4."Ha, ha, nonsense." said the lion.

5. "OK, let's have a fight." said the mosquito.

6.He landed on the lion's back and bit him.

7."How dare you say that and bite me!"

8.The lion was very angry and he tried to catch the mosquito.

9.The mosquito flew here and there. He bit the lion many times.

10.The lion could not catch him.

11."Oh, how I itch all over." shouted the lion.

12."Lion, you can never catch me!" the mosquito said `proudly.

13.Then he landed on the lion's face,

14.took a big bite and flew away.

15."I will kill you!" shouted the lion. 

16.He tried to hit the mosquito but he hit his own face. Pa!

17."Oh, my goodness, I hit my own face," said the lion.

18. The mosquito beat the lion and wanted to fly away, 

19.but he got stuck in a spider's web.

20."Well, I beat the big lion, but the small spider beat me." he said sadly.
