LESSON NINETEEN

Mushroom

A

1.Late in the afternoon, a traveler lost his way in mountains.

2.It soon began to rain.

3.It was getting darker and darker.

4.The traveler was both cold and hungry.

5.He was also tired.

6.He was very afraid.

7.Suddenly, he saw a light in the woods

8.The traveler moved to the light.

9.Soon he got to a hut.

B

1.He knocked at the door.

2.A lady opened the door.

3.The traveler said, "I am a traveler,

4.I am losing my way.

5.I am both cold and hungry.

6.I am very tired.

7.I am very afraid.

8.Please let me in."

9.The lady said, "Come in please.

10.I picked some beautiful mushrooms today.

11.I will cook some rice for you.

12.I will cook some mushroom soup for you,"

13.After a while, the food was ready.

14.The mushroom soup was very very delicious.

15.The traveler said, "I never had such delicious soup."

16.The traveler had a good meal.

17.He was very tired.

18After the meal, he fell into sleep.

1.Early the next morning, the traveler woke up.

2.He found he was lying on the grass.

3.There was not a hut at all.

4.There was only a grave near him.

5.The traveler thought he had met a fairy.

6.The fairy had helped him.

7.He was very happy.

8.He was not cold and hungry any longer.

9.He was not tired any longer.

10.He was not afraid any longer.

11.The sky was clear.

12.Birds were singing in trees.

13.He soon found his way.

14.Only ten minutes later, the traveler got to a little town.

1.He came to a small restaurant.

2.He wanted to have breakfast.

3.The owner of restaurant was a man.

4.The traveler was waiting for his food.

5.He told the man about the lady in the woods.

6.The man said, "The lady was my wife,

7.She died a year ago because she ate some poisonous mushroom."

8.The traveler suddenly had a bad stomachache.

9.He fell to the ground.

10.He was foaming at the mouth.

11.The man called 120.

12.Soon an ambulance came to the restaurant.

13.The ambulance took the traveler to the hospital.

14.Three days later, the traveler was well again.

15.He asked the doctor about his illness.

16.The doctor said, "You had poisonous mushroom."

1.傍晚的时候，一个旅行者在山里迷了路。

2.不久天开始下雨了。

3.天变的越来越黑了。

4.旅行者即冷又饿。

5.他还很累。

6.他很害怕。

7.突然，他看到树林里有个灯

8.旅行者向着灯走去。

9.不久，他到了一个小木屋。

1.他敲了门。

2.一位女士开了门。

3.旅行者说，“我是旅行的

4.我迷路了。

5.我即冷又饿。

6.我很累。

7.我很害怕。

8.让我进去。“

9.女士说“快请进吧

10.我今天摘了一些漂亮的蘑菇

11.我给你做一些米饭吃。

12.我给你做些蘑菇汤，“

13.不一会儿，饭就做好了。

14.蘑菇汤非常非常美味。

15.旅行者说：“我从来没有喝过这么好的汤。”

16.旅行者吃了一顿美餐。

17.他非常的累。

18吃完饭,他就睡着了.

1.第二天一大早，旅行者就醒了。

2.他发现他躺在草地上。

3.根本没有小屋。

4.他附近只有一个坟。

5.旅行者以为他遇到一个神仙。

6.神仙帮助了他。

7.他很高兴。

8.他不再冷不再饿。

9.他也不累了。

10.他不害怕了。

11.天空很晴朗。

12.鸟儿在树上唱歌。

13.他很快就找到了路。

14.仅仅十分钟后，旅行者到达了一个小镇。

1.他来到一个小饭店。

2.他想吃早餐。

3.饭店老板是个男人。

4.旅行者等着自己的食物。

5.他同那个人讲了树林里那个女人的故事。

6.那个人说“这位女士是我的妻子

7.她一年前死了，因为她吃了一些有毒的蘑菇。“

8.旅客突然肚子痛得厉害。

9.他倒在地上。

10.他嘴里吐白沫。

11.男子拨打了120。

12.不久一辆救护车来到餐厅。

13.救护车把旅行者带到了医院。

14.三天以后，旅行者好了。

15.他问医生他的病。

16.医生说：“你吃了有毒的蘑菇。”
